At URMC, we believe that patients should be empowered to make the right decisions regarding their personal healthcare. To do so, transparency is critical. URMC partners with Press Ganey, to survey our patients about all aspects of their care experience. We are now putting this pertinent information at your fingertips by displaying star ratings for our providers along with anonymous patient comments on our website. Patient Comments

The provider during my allergy appointment was very fair for me about asking any questions regarding my allergy status. The provider also gave me an option to do an allergy shot but I'm gonna try taking the allergy medicine the provider prescribed & see how it goes until the following up appointment [...]! We'll see how it goes from there!
