For Dr. Pendleton, vascular surgery represents an opportunity to develop a life-long relationship with a patient and their family. Dr. Pendleton is committed to providing you or your loved one with the level of care she would provide to her own family. Vascular conditions are often chronic, complex processes; therefore, Dr. Pendleton develops treatment plans together with her patients, their families, and other skilled providers that meet each patient’s unique care needs and goals.
Vascular disease disproportionately impacts our most vulnerable populations – veterans, the elderly, disenfranchised racial and ethnic groups, and patients suffering from other chronic diseases. Dr. Pendleton provides this vulnerable population the compassionate and comprehensive care that everyone deserves. Through research and clinical work, Dr. Pendleton seeks to address disparities in medicine, and she is committed to creating a respectful, safe, and supportive environment to all patients regardless of socioeconomic status, race, gender identity, and sexual orientation.

At URMC, we believe that patients should be empowered to make the right decisions regarding their personal healthcare. To do so, transparency is critical. URMC partners with Press Ganey, to survey our patients about all aspects of their care experience. We are now putting this pertinent information at your fingertips by displaying star ratings for our providers along with anonymous patient comments on our website.
