Dr. Meilika received his medical education from the Mansoura University Faculty of Medicine, a premier medical institution in the Delta region of Egypt, one of the largest in the Middle East.
Dr. Meilika then expanded his medical research capabilities by serving as a Clinical Research Associate at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. This position enabled him to make significant contributions to the progress of urology.

Dr. Meilika affiliated himself with the University of Rochester Medical Center as a faculty member, following a clinical fellowship in surgical treatment of male fertility and sexual dysfunction at Lenox Hill Hospital, New York City. Further, Dr. Meilika has pursued another clinical fellowship in Voiding Dysfunction, Pelvic Reconstruction, and Urodynamic Oncology at the esteemed Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. Dr. Meilika's medical focus lies on male sexual dysfunction, particularly for those who have courageously fought prostate cancer. He is also keenly interested in urodynamics and pelvic reconstructive surgeries, with a special emphasis on treating urinary incontinence in both men and women.

Was a good experience. He was nice, told me what he thought and what he was going to do. We interacted well. He seemed very smart and knowledgeable. As always, one thinks of things one might have asked, but did not, after thinking about the interaction, but that is on me, he was open to my questions. At this point, I trust him, which is what is most important to me, lets see how this pans out as we go through my medical Issue.
