Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Fellowship
The Pharmacy Fellowship program at the University of Rochester is designed to provide development and training for future leaders in pharmacy practice. The program provides an opportunity for pharmacists with passion and desire to develop leadership and management skills through a non-traditional curriculum including experiential training, formal education and direct experience in a management position. The experience is designed to produce an accomplished manager prepared to develop and lead pharmacy teams, and continue on a path of intellectual curiosity and skill development.

"The Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Fellowship at the University of Rochester Medical Center is a fantastic opportunity to develop and nurture future leaders within the pharmacy profession. I chose to pursue this fellowship because I wanted a formalized mentorship where I would be afforded experiences to foster my leadership and management skills. This program exposes you to the wealth of knowledge and years of experience that our current management teams and preceptors possess. This is an ideal learning opportunity for future pharmacy leaders who want to mature before stepping into a leadership role. The guidance provided during this fellowship awards you the confidence to navigate the challenging and always changing landscape of healthcare."
