CTFFL serves 11 counties in the Finger Lakes Region of Western NY, including: Cayuga, Chemung, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tompkins, Wayne and Yates counties. Partners include all local Advancing Tobacco Free Communities, and the NYS Quitline and Quitsite. Target partnerships: Medical Health Care Systems, Behavioral Health Care Systems, Community Health Centers, and more.
