Software

  1. Sleep Scoring App - An application that leverages deep learning models to predict the sleep scores given EEG, EMG, and NE (optional) recordings of an experiment. It also can provide interactive visualizations to the predicted sleep scores.
  2. Vessel Diameter and Pulsatility Analysis App - An application (developed in matlab) that allows users to draw a region of interest in a series of images (TIFs or LIFs) and then calculates the vessel pulsatility of that region. Needs matlab runtime, which is free to download, to use the app.
  3. Fiber Photometry Preprocessing App - An application that preprocesses the fiber photometry data, which then can be analyzed by the Sleep Scoring App. Prototypes available, but still in development.
  4. Sdreamer training pipeline (for integration to the Sleep Scoring App)
