• Aspire Hope (Formerly Finger Lakes Parent Network, Inc.) - Parent-governed organization, focused on the needs of children and youth with emotional, behavioral, and/or mental disorders and their families. Parent support groups offered.
• Bath Area Family Resource Center - Parents, grandparents, and caregivers are welcome to drop-in WITH their child and play with the toys and activities provided. Also offering Classes and workshops focused on parenting topics, as well a family activities.
• Chemung County Child Care Council - Provides support to families and child care providers in finding quality services, education and subsidies to eligible participants.
• Chemung County Department of Social Services Community Navigators - Available to assist individuals and families as they navigate the world of Department of Social Services and available Community Resources.
• Chemung County Health Department (CSHCN) - Important health information for those living in and around Chemung county.
• Comprehensive Interdisciplinary Developmental Services, Inc. (CIDS) - Prenatal, parenting and crisis intervention home based services, school readiness project, early childhood screening services and parent education and information.
• Down Syndrome Information Network of the Twin Tiers - Dedicated to education and support of those with Down Syndrome or those who have loved ones with the condition.
• Family Life Development Center (FLDC - part of CIDS) - Schedule of rotating parenting education classes and workshops for parents and professionals to address various topics.
• Nonnie Hood Parent Resource Center - Play space and parent education
• Parent Technical Assistance Center (part of STIC) - Providing information to families and professionals concerning special education, workshops and individualized trainings for schools and organizations.
• Parent to Parent of NYS - Supportive web based network of families to reduce isolation and empower those who care for people with developmental disabilities or special healthcare needs to navigate and influence service systems and make informed decisions.
• Post Adoption Support Centers - Service map by county listing contact agency name and contact information.
• Southern Tier Autism Resource Team (START) - part of Parent to Parent - Parent run and organized autism support group for those families living with an autism spectrum disorder.   Childcare is provided in the Parent Resource Center during meetings by trained staff from the Arc of Steuben.
