We treat all illnesses of newborn infants. In addition, specialized services and programs promote a team-based approach to care and provide important treatments, therapies, and support to babies and families.
- Prenatal consultation for high-risk obstetrics patients
- Comprehensive diagnostic evaluation and intensive care for sick or premature newborn
- Intensive Care Transport - for critically ill babies as part of our Regional Level IV designation
- Donor Milk Program - babies with very low birth weights, or those born less than 32 weeks, have access to donor breastmilk through this program
- Whole body cooling - including during transport
- Extra Corporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO)

- NICU Family Support - an organization run by parents whose infants have received treatment in the NICU
- NICU Continuing Care Program - Developmental follow-up care
- Regional Perinatal Center (RPC) for the Finger Lakes Region
