At-Home Workouts

Sarah Merritt, regional community outreach coordinator for Wilmot Cancer Institute's Community Outreach, Engagement and Disparities program and former Promote HEALTH facilitator, demonstrates 30-minute at-home workouts in a series of videos that are great for every fitness level. The exercises shown in these videos are similar to what Promote HEALTH participants can expect to learn in class.
