Our Adult Outpatient Mental Health Services evaluates and treats people 18 and older who are experiencing mental health conditions ranging from anxiety and depression to mood disorders and psychosis.
Treatment options include medication management for established patients, as well as individual, family, couples, and group counseling.

We specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Problem-Solving Therapy.
To assist the patient’s primary care physician or current prescribing provider, we offer psychiatric medication consultations. We work with you and your care team to understand how you’re feeling today, and how we can help. We offer the full suite of outpatient mental health services, including appointments with a psychiatrist for evaluation and medication recommendations made to the prescribing provider.
