At UR Medicine Audiology, we provide comprehensive and collaborative services and resources to patients, families, healthcare professionals and the community to address a wide range of problems associated with hearing and auditory processing. Our large team of audiologists work at multiple locations across the Rochester region to ensure you always have access to the best care possible.

Hearing Aid Walk-in Clinic

To make our care as accessible as possible, we offer walk-in hours to established UR Medicine Audiology patients at the following locations: 

• Clinton Woods — Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM
• Greece — Tuesday and Friday, 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM

Patients cannot be seen for walk-in service if they have not had a scheduled appointment with their audiologist within the past two years. However, we will examine the device(s) at the walk-in clinic if a follow-up appointment with an audiologist is made at the same time. If this appointment is cancelled, future visits to the walk-in clinic will not be allowed.

Walk-in Clinic Services

• Minor hearing aid problems and cleaning needs
• Plugged receiver tube or wax guard
• Replacements for batter door, tone hook, filament line, or earmold tubing
• In-the-ear hearing aid shell repair
