Arrival Times

Candidates must arrive at the Memorial Art Gallery no later than 1:15 PM to allow sufficient time for check-in at the registration table and assembly of processional columns. Candidates will be lined up according to their degree or Department. At 1:45 PM, all candidates are to be lined up in their proper columns, ready to begin the procession.

Guests are welcome to arrive between 1:15–1:55 PM for the Ceremony.
