ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. 

Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to the Commission for Continuing Education Provider Recognition at ADA.org/CERP.

Payment of Registration Fees Must be Made by One of the Following Methods

• Online Registration: Register online; available until September 27. Please note: To register multiple people, you must register each person individually. Thank you!
• Check: To be mailed with the registration form (see details on the registration form).
• Credit Card: Register online; available until September 27.
• Onsite: At the registration desk on the day of the conference.

Please mail or fax your registration by September 26.

Cancellation

Tuition will be refunded until September 27, minus a $25 cancellation charge.
