Testimonials
"One of the important things I learned was how to make the practice less doctor-focused… how to incorporate the whole team into taking care of the patient. Now, instead of my checking my diabetic patients’ feet for neuropathy, I have a nurse that will do that. Instead of getting all the patient information, the receptionist will give out questionnaires." - Physician, Hammondsport, NY
"The networking was tremendously helpful. Sitting down with other providers who are often going through the same struggles as you are day to day helps you to develop a new way to look at a problem." - Nurse practitioner, Wellsville, NY
