Educational Materials

The FIPP team knows healthcare providers are busy. We have done some legwork and compiled a list of resources for you, your patients, and their families. We have reviewed these websites to provide reliable and current firearm safety information..

How to Counsel

The first two resources come from the University of California at Davis-based BulletPoints Project. This website provides a wealth of information, tools, handouts, and videos on the topic of firearms and their intersection with health care.

Clinical Scenarios – information about who is at risk for firearm injury and ways to address it.
