Information for Patients
Highland Hospital is committed to Patient and Family-Centered Care. That means that we focus on care, comfort and communication with patients and families during the entire surgery process. When your loved one is in surgery, we know that you want to have the latest information available. We do everything we can to keep you up-to-date with a personal pager and our Surgical Message Board.
The Message Board is located off the lobby next to the Outpatient Pharmacy. The front desk staff at Highland will give you a number that will confidentially identify the patient you are waiting for. The Board has several sections for you to refer to as you follow your loved one through the surgical process.
The Gift Shop and a coffee shop are conveniently located near the lobby. The cafeteria and an ATM are on Level 1.
