Saturday Work 10/1
Crews will be on site Saturday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. working on drywall inside and miscellaneous exterior work from the swing scaffolding outside. Windows will also be installed on the east elevation.
During the week, the tower crane and buck hoist will be used for activities on site. Miscellaneous interior and exterior framing continues on the 5th, 6th, 7th, and mechanical penthouse floors. Full height drywall is being installed on the 6th, 7th, and mechanical penthouse floors. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing roughs ins are being placed in multiple locations within the building. Roofing is being installed on the 7th floor and the mechanical penthouse.
Typical levels of construction noise and vibrations are expected with all of these activities. Any possible vibrations will be monitored by a third party testing agency.
