At Jones Memorial Hospital, we take pride in the extensive resources of our Medical Imaging Department. We have the high tech services you want with the hometown touch you deserve. Over 30,000 diagnostic imaging exams are performed annually at Jones Memorial. By cross training out technologists in multiple modalities, we are prepared to handle your imaging needs 24/7 with minimal delay. In addition, our technologists are registered by New York State as well as by their professional organizations including the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography, the American College of Radiology in CT and MRI. These accreditations give assurance that staff and equipment have passed the ACR's rigorous evaluation criteria. This award provides a high level of confidence for our patients, referring physicians and managed care organizations that only the highest quality of care is being provided.
Digital Imaging Services
Our digital imaging services include:
- Bone Density Scans
- CT (Computed Tomography); including Chest, Abdomen and Head Angiography
- Fluoroscopy Studies- UGI, Barium Enema, Modified Barium Swallows and Joint Injections
