A collaboration between UR Medicine and Jones Memorial Hospital provides access to the expertise of the UR Medicine neurology team without the burden of traveling to Buffalo or Rochester for infusion or neurology care.

Dr. Carlos Sollero is part of the UR Medicine Neurology team and consults and treats patients at the new Jones Memorial Neurology clinic in Hornell. The experienced staff at the new Neurology, Rheumatology and Infusion center are trained and ready to provide exeptional care. The clinic provides both general office visits to neurological patients as well as neurology infusions on site.
