This provider is the most responsive provider that I have ever had the pleasure to know. When speaking with other family members about the care experiences they have had, some of whom are themselves care givers, none come close. [...] This doctor, and her staff, are always very responsive, whether in person, by phone, or communicating via the MyChart application. When Dr. Kringstein notices an issue that needs to be addressed she, herself, does not hestiate to call us by phone. My Dad's health is being monitored constantly, daily or almost daily vitals are recorded and transmitted, she will consult with any other care giver responsible for some other issue of his health care when she deems it necessary, taking special care to inform us, his family/care givers. This physician could or should be a case study in good-great medical care.

Dr. Kringstein discovered something in my abdomen and ordered an ultrasound. They found a cyst on my left ovary. I am so glad she was proactive. And she called to tell me the results of what they found. I appreciated that so much.

I believe that Dr Kringstein continues to render a level of care beyond any that I or my family has experienced from any provider, ever. [...] This series of encounters started after my dad was taken to the [...], who then sent him by ambulance to Strong Memorial Hosp and was subsequently discharged by Strong with instructions to be seen by a cardiologist within 3 days. After calling the phone number given in the instructions, the first available date given us was approx [...]. We then called Dr Kringstein's office, informing them of the emergency care visits and asked if her office could assist us in obtaining an earlier appointment. Dr Kringstein called me and made an appointment to see Dad to be tacked on the end of her previously scheduled appointment with my Mom, and after having reviewed the notes and x-rays prescribed a medicine to aid in Dad's treatment. She continues to be very involved in the health concerns of my parents. She does her best to insure that we (my family) understands the conditions and treatments. This is very important.
