Doctor very rushed I believe to being behind - he looked at xray ( 5yr followup)-I asked a ? About antibiotics after hip/knee replacement - side tracked him and he was about to leave-asked him how hip was looking and he came back in for about 1 minute to evaluate.

Dr Ginnetti did my knee replacement and did an excellent job. I have recommended at least 6 or 7 People to see him for same surgery. He IS an excellent surgeon but his bedside manner could be improved. I know he is busy but he tends to hurry through things..I am in great shape for a person my age and still very active and really needed to get to the bottom of an issue that had been plaguing me for almost 6 months. I "guess" I finally have an answer.

I like Dr. Ginnetti - He did my R knee in 2020 which went well. I had foot surgery this past spring and since [...] the hip on that L side has acted up - I was looking for a more definitive diagnosis and solution other than "arthritis and tendonitis". I suspect fixing my left foot has changed my gait, which has caused tendonitis - I'm doing PT and hoping to eventually cure that - I'm a very active person even at my age (76) and it's been hard to do less for 3 months. His answer of "there's no quick fix" was frustrating but probably accurate. He said I was doing all the right things (PT, yoga, pilates, low impact aerobics) so hopefully this will resolve & and I won't have to have a hip replacement - which he said I wasn't ready for anyway - We shall see.

I'm sure Dr Ginnetti is an excellent, well respected doctor but he left me with a less than favorable opinion of him after my appointment with him. I am a 70 year old male. I do not need to be coddled but I do expect to be treated with respect and have the doctor listen to what I have to say. I don't think the doctor listened to a word I said and I felt like I was a piece part in an assembly line process. The doctor made me feel like he was doing me a favor allowing me to visit him. With that being said, he did diagnose me with a different problem that other care providers missed for years. [...] After years of shots and me telling caregivers the shots aren't working did I get to see Dr Ginnetti and he agreed that I do not need a replacement but he did diagnose me with [...] tendinitis and treated me for that. And for that I am grateful.

My husband and I have both had joint replacements done by Dr Ginnetti. We have both had outstanding results. I credit Dr Ginnetti with a successful result from my knee replacement. Three days after surgery I had an impressive range of movement in my knee. That was due to the surgery, and not physical Therapy.

Dr. Ginnetti is my knee surgeon. He replaced my right knee in 2015. I went to see him for my left knee which is now bone on bone. I wouldn't go to anyone else. I have the utmost confidence in him. He is an excellent surgeon.

Great surgeon. I trust him with the surgery.lnsensitive about pain medication. My pain level is very high and I am suffering constantly but he would not even consider strong enough pain relief. Because they are"addictive". I have had 2 major Surgeries and had no problems with taking opiates for pain. It is very frustrating to be in constant pain because of a legitimate diagnosis and not being able to have hope for relief until AFTER surgery.

When these were available, he gave me a clearer understanding of the apparent nature of my condition, and recommended that I arrange to see a neurologist, as my complaints seemed nerve-related, rather than orthopaedic in nature.
