I was sick and had already gone to urgent care once and hadn't improved. I sent a message at 8am that I would like to see Cynthia. I received a call back at 8:45 and was offered an appointment at 9:20 or 11am. I took the 11 am because of travel time. My friends couldn't believe I got seen so quickly.

Both the nurse who took my vitals and got me set up, and the NP who I saw for my visit, were very understanding of my anxiety disorder and showed patience/understanding with regard to how difficult any medical appointment can be for me.

I had hoped to see my primary care physician but it was understandable that she was not available on such short notice. I was able to see the nurse practitioner which I was a little concerned about since I had not seen her before and wasn't sure if she would have the necessary skills to provide the care required. However, I feel the nurse practitioner did a very good job and I am pleased with my experience.

My primary doctor is Diane Ahlman, on this visit I saw Cindy (NP) for the first time. I was very impressed with her manner, she listened to me (as Dr, Ahlman does) and calmed my anxiety from a recent tramatic event and I felt much better and confident that things would improve. My husband was in the room with us and was so impressed he asked Cindy to take him on as a patient and she did so. Your practice is blessed to have such a remarkable addition to your staff........[...].

Cynthia CappielloMy usual primary care physician was out that day, so Dr. Cappiello saw me and was wonderful. She conversed with me about my symptoms over MyChart throughout the day and eventually asked me to come in. She was very concerned about my appendix and made an appointment at Strong West to have a scan immediately. It turned out my appendix had ruptured and I was in serious need of surgery. If it weren't for her, my health could have been very negatively impacted. I am so thankful for her diligence and efforts. She is wonderful.
