Andrea is exceptional: Professional, knowledgeable, warm, thorough, compassionate, communicative, proactive. I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I've ever had...from check-in right through check-out...in any healthcare setting! She is a gem and I feel fortunate to have her as a care provider. I can't say enough about Receptionist Jennifer Weston! This is the 2nd appointment in a row that she checked me out and she, too, is exceptional! She Is an asset to this practice! Receptionist Robin Dowdy was equally as awesome. Jake Brown was not seen at this visit but honorable mention to him, as well. I am 100% satisfied with this practice and recommend them often!! Thank you to this incredible team of professionals!!

The provider dealt with prescription drug level since I am slowly reducing prednisone for polymyalgia rheumatica and the amount of med reduction is important and well considered by this provider. I am also being monitored for A1C and received an order for a blood draw which was promptly reported to me on MyChart with an explanation of my status.

URMC appears to employ motivated and very capable staff in all departments and makes the providers aware of courteous and friendly treatment of all patients.

I use URMC Flaum, Wilmot Cancer Center, and NP Juhasz for all medical attention. Also Dr. Grutadauria for foot care. These services include Michael Grutadauria, Richard Dunne, Andrea Juhasz, Laurie Templeton, and Michael Depaolis. Their staff people were also excellent. I also received wound treatment for a large hematoma on the right lower leg by NP Cynthia Mack which was very well done.

Andrea J. , NP was marvelous with me. I felt very comfortable with her. I made her aware of the receptionist's behavior and she apologized and stated that she should not have treated me like that Andrea's total care that day was excellent. She reviewed my medications, made some changes and treated my current illness appropriately. That was 3 days ago and I am feeling much better now.

I saw NP Andrea Juhasz [...] for a routine BP follow up and at the same time, she also tended to a small cyst on my lower back. I had an appointment with my dermatologist several days later and after looking at the wound, she said that Andrea had done an excellent job of cleaning and medicating it and that it should heal nicely. I would definitely recommend Andrea Juhasz to my friends and family. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and makes you feel at ease. Andrea also had a NP trainee with her that day, but unfortunately I do not recall her name. She too was very friendly, personable and professional. I am very pleased with the care I receive in Dr. [...]office, and in particular [...], from Andrea Juhasz. Thank you!
