The only constructive criticism I have is I came in thinking I had one condition, but was told through a one sentence description on MyChart that it was something different had medication had been ordered. Because it was just one sentence, I felt very uncertain with the diagnosis and had to call back and speak to the on call nurse to answer my several questions I still had remaining. So I wish I would have received a phone call or more information after my diagnosis.

PCP Lior Greenberg not available same day when I called; was immediately offered appointment with Lauren. Admit that I had some initial concerns, but there were immediately dispelled. Whoever selected PA D'Hont did a wonderful job. One builds up a personal relationship with one's doctors and it can be jarring to have to see someone else -- especially when there are depression issues on the docket. I missed seeing the doctor, but am completely satisfied with the PA. And, I feel it's a good move in that it frees up the doctor for more crucial visits (I don't want doctor burn-out!!), provides more possible availability for last minute appointment requests and, in this case, provided a completely satisfactory experience. I will happily see PA D'Hont again.
