Dr. Snyder specializes in the non-surgical and interventional treatment of pinched spinal nerves (sciatica or radiculopathy), herniated discs, spondylolisthesis, spinal arthritis and spinal stenosis. As a physiatrist, or physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist, he utilizes a combination of specific physical and functional rehabilitative measures in combination with injections to restore function and provide long-term success in the management of spinal disorders.

Dr. Snyder completed his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Biomedical Engineering at Colorado School of Mines in 2005. He worked in that capacity until switching careers and graduating from Albany Medical College in 2016. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Rochester in 2020 where he received the Spirit of Carol award for humanism and exceptional patient care. Under the tutelage of Dr. Michael Furman at OSS he completed a fellowship in Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Medicine in 2021. He is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Visit felt rushed . I felt I was an inconvenience. Also I asked the provider to fill out a FMLA form, he rushed through it , didn't finish filling it out , didn't even ask me how many days I thought were Necessary. He also put that in 2025 I will recover from my condition which is a permanent back injury .
