Everyone was so good to our daughter. After they took her splint off and asked her to move around she started to not feel well and they immediately went and got her a freeze pop which fixed everything! Huge thank you!

This was a very efficient operation. In a span of about 35 minutes, I had: an xray of the shoulder, a physical evaluation by both PA Kent and Dr. Wilhelm, the xray was evaluated and discussed; a treatment plan was developed, my shoulder was injected, and an MRI of my shoulder was requested.

He thoroughly explained my rotator cuff surgery as well as the other surgical procedures that he performed on the day of my surgery. They listened to my problems with my foot and ankle and was able to give me advice and refer me to a specialist in Rochester that would be able to help address my my problems. So far I have only had my initial consult on Thursday, [...] which was very thorough. The timeline of events was quicker than I expected but Dr. Wilhelm explained in detail why it is expedited. Will have a MRI on Monday, [...] and surgery is scheduled for Tuesday, [...]. Kim has already scheduled my follow up visit at St. James and coordinated with [...] Rehabilitation Dept in [...] (where I live) and they contacted me so I have already set up my PT EVALUATION.
