Dr. Smith has shown a very responsive attitude to my concerns. Willing to listen and suggest multiple courses of action. His recommendations are appropriate for my advanced age and current health situation, but still he doesn't feel he needs to talk down to me because I'm "old"--a rare thing among [...] docs in my opinion. Before each visit he has obviously spent time preparing by studying new records and health histories. I'm glad to have him as a physician.

Dr. Kyle Smith, [...] was one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. I was an RN for 42 years so I have a lot of experience with doctors. I could write about the entire encounter, but I'm just going to say that at the end of the appointment he asked if I had any more questions and I posed question to him that surprised him. I asked, is there anything you can think of that we haven't talked about that I need to know, and that I should have answered for me before I leave. In addition to every single clinical aspect of my problem, he found opportunity to learn about my personal life and what I do. [...] As he was leaving I told him he had wonderful bedside manner. And that is true.
