I do not feel the provider took the time he should have to listen to my concerns. He listened briefly but rushed to determine treatment options and never addressed the issue with my hand. The doctor was very kind and I liked that he didn't jump to surgery. He encouraged me to have cortisone shots first and see if we can get through without surgery.
