Dr. Schoeniger is Professor of Surgery and Oncology at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He received his M.D. and a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the New York University School of Medicine. He then completed his residency and fellowship in surgical oncology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital....
Dr. Schoeniger is Professor of Surgery and Oncology at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He received his M.D. and a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the New York University School of Medicine. He then completed his residency and fellowship in surgical oncology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Schoeniger specializes in hepatobiliary, pancreatic and gastrointestinal surgery. His areas of special interest include benign and malignant diseases of the liver and pancreas, as well as laparoscopic and robotic surgery including laparoscopic and robotic surgery of the stomach, small intestine, colon, liver, gall bladder, pancreas, and laparoscopic hernia repair.
