I was again very impressed with Dr Mahler's care at this appointment. I am a nurse and have been for almost 15 years now. I have experienced a turn for the worse across all healthcare settings. It feels like a business instead of a safe place to get the help you need. It feels rushed instead of having providers actively listening and seeming to truly care about your well-being. Both of my visits with Dr Mahler have been timely and not rushed in the slightest. I didn't feel as if he was trying to get through my appointment to get to his next patient. He asked pertinent questions and patiently waiting for my full responses. This is the first time I have witnessed this take place in a healthcare setting in a VERY long time. Him sitting next to me listening calmly and responding thoughtfully portrayed his honest kindness and compassion for me and my health concerns. He also followed through on what he said he was going to do after my last appointment. My experience with him and this office has renewed my confidence in healthcare.
