Wilmot supports and facilitates specialty education for physicians through clinical exposure and care of oncology patients. Rochester offers 90+ ACGME Accredited programs across a broad spectrum of surgical, medical, and hospital disciplines delivered through the region's only level 1 tertiary trauma center.

Wilmot Advanced Practice Provider Fellowship 

The Wilmot Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Fellowship is a one-year post-graduate specialty training program for nurse practitioners and physician assistants. The program is 75 percent clinical and 25 percent didactic, including independent online education modules. The APP Fellowship Program at Wilmot will provide additional skills, training, and mentorship experience. This intensive clinical program will prepare NPs and PAs to meet the needs of culturally diverse and clinically complex patients typical of the cancer institute.
