UR Medicine Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is partnering with a local community-based organization, Empowering People’s Independence, to host a brain injury support group for both survivors and their loved ones. This support group was created with the intention of strengthening the community of support for all those touched by this condition to promote overall encouragement, comfort, and hope through what can be a very isolating experience.
