The Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology division provides education for medical students, residents and fellows. For students, residents and fellows interested in setting up a rotation please contact Amy Dodge: Amy_Dodge@URMC.Rochester.edu.

The Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology division also runs the Behavioral Neurology and Neuropsychiatry Fellowship. This is a one year fellowship accredited by the United Council of Neurologic Specialties (UCNS) designed to prepare fellows for careers in both clinical and academic practice. Fellows will obtain extensive experience in the following:

  • Assessment of patients with cognitive and behavioral disorders using a comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach
  • Management of patients using pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments
  • Conduct of clinical trials for participants with cognitive disorders
