Staff Positions: Medical Technologists

Openings for medical technologists can be found in HRMS under the advanced search job category "Healthcare Support/Technician." Openings for research laboratory technologists can be found under the job categories "Research Tech/Professional" and "Research/Tech Support."

Most clinical laboratory technologists need New York State licenses, or need to be eligible for licensing, in order to be hired for lab positions. This is noted in the job description. For more information on eligibility and obtaining a license, see the New York State Education Department
