Very disappointing office visit. I felt like he had made up his mind before he entered the room. [...] I left there totally frustrated and gained no additional new knowledge . This Is not the first time this doctor has giving me that attitude. I did go on E-chart. I wrote to him three different times and finally he gave me an apology and said ,"he's sorry he wasn't communicating very well. I should not have to email any doctor,to try to understand what Is happening [...].

Dr. Orsini was very kind, thorough, and explained my condition well. He went through a recent CT scan and X ray to see what my problem with my back was, but then ordered an additional X ray because the CT scan was for my abdomen and the X ray was for my hip, not my back.

I've had several appointments now with Doctor Orsini. I find him to be a very warm, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable doctor that is very patient in working with me and my back problems. I am extremely grateful for the relief he has provided. He never seems rushed in working with me, and he seems to be truly concerned in doing the utmost he can to relieve my age and injury related symptoms. I welcome the in-depth explanation and two-way conversation regarding the technicalities of my back issues. I appreciate being able to more fully understand my circumstances via looking at MRI and x-ray images along with Dr Orsini's explanations of what appears to be occuring at several areas of my spine.
