UR Well at Maplewood YMCA
UR Well at Maplewood was initially located at St. Luke's Tabernacle Church and was founded in 2014. The University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry worked closely with Rev. James H. Evans Jr., the pastor of St. Luke's, to provide health care and resources to the uninsured/underinsured Rochester community. UR Well moved to the Maplewood YMCA in 2023, continuing to provide care to the Maplewood neighborhood and the uninsured/underinsured Rochester Community.
