Reentry Association of Western New York (RAWNY)
In partnership with the Reentry Association of Western New York (RAWNY), UR Well provides healthcare and resources to individuals following their release from incarceration. This clinic, launched in 2024, serves a resource for those navigating the transition from incarceration to community life. This clinic plays a crucial role in helping patients establish long-term primary care services within the Rochester community. Our long-term primary care partners include Jordan Health and other community organizations.
Hours & Scheduling
Clinic nights are the first and third Monday of every month from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. Appointments are by a first-come, first-served basis, and geared toward those recently released from incarceration.
