Optional Pathways
We offer a flexible program tailored to a fellow’s specific career goals and level of prior experience. All education pathway experiences are considerate of health equity promotion and culturally competent practices.
Advocacy/Policy Pathway
Fellows who choose the Advocacy/Policy Pathway will focus on developing their skills in analyzing health policies related to developmental and behavioral pediatrics, with a goal of becoming leaders in advocating for individuals and populations. Explore the Advocacy/Policy Pathway
Education Pathway
Fellows who choose the Education Pathway will focus on developing their teaching and trainee evaluation skills, with a goal of becoming leaders in health education. Explore the Education Pathway
Research Pathway
All fellows complete a scholarly project as part of their ACGME fellowship. Fellows who have more extensive research background and/or wish to conduct independent research as a significant part of their career, may choose to gain additional experience through participation in the Research Pathway.
