Adult Inpatient Services

While the goal of our division is to help patients thrive in the community, when hospitalization is required, we are able to provide care in the inpatient setting.

Our patients are generally admitted at Highland Hospital where there is a Division of Transitional Care Medicine (DTCM) hospitalist on site. Together with physician assistants and nurse practitioners at Highland we can provide excellent inpatient care from providers with expertise in the conditions common to the DTCM.

Our adult inpatient team also can provide inpatient consultation services at Strong Memorial Hospital, Highland Hospital, and Golisano Children's Hospital as well as transition to adulthood consultation.
